Shipping Policy

All shipments are sent via courier using services provided by Purolator. Orders will be charged a variable rate for shipping based on the delivery address of the order. Ground shipping, which takes 1-7 days, is sent using Purolator ground service. Items cannot be shipped to a General Delivery Address, Post Office Box or to any address outside of Canada.

We will ship all items on an order at the same time. In the event that there is an item that is on back order, the entire order will be held until such time that the back order item is available. In the rare event that the item you order is not available, you will be contacted by e-mail.

Return / Refund Policy

Apparel & Specialty Items

We will accept returns or issue a refund for Items purchased within 30 days:

  • Items with manufacturer damage or defects
  • Items damaged in shipment

Because your products are one-of-a-kind items created especially for you, we do not accept returns or provide refunds, all items are final sale.
